Fantastic place! I would hate to see its image tarnished by this "SSTACEY" review. Her experience sounds very unique.

I've had nothing but healthy animals, great service and positive experiences with all aspects of this store. I'm not sure how she determined her bird was 'seek' so quickly, and why she tried to 'make a shot'. (I'm not sure what that means). None the less, she sounds like a spoiled brat who caused a commotion for no reason. I've taken her comments as an insult, since I shop at this place so much. It is my favorite aquarium and I hope no one takes her review seriously.
